Matt Weiss

Matt Weiss has been leading Herzig Engineering as President since May 2023. With over 20 years of diverse experience, Matt's career spans leadership roles including President and COO at eShipping Distribution Services and Chief Operating Officer at eShipping. He also held positions in regional sales at Panalpina, IE Project Manager at UPS Supply Chain Solutions, and analyst at Fritz Companies.

Matt resides in Kansas City with his wife of 15 years and their four children. When he's not at work, Matt enjoys spending quality time with his family. His extensive expertise and dedication to team building, strategy execution, and organizational culture drive Herzig Engineering’s success in electrical safety and compliance.
